Tolondro Mountain

This activity involves a moderate, two-hour hike in the mountain known as “El Tolondro,” containing spectacular views of the valley, the banks of the river Mira, and the area of Guallupe. Along the hike, we visit a waterfall to refresh and enjoy the beautiful natural surroundings.

ARTISANAL CENTER – SAN JUAN DE LACHAS

Artisanal Center

The artisanal center is a cultural rescue project in the community of San Juan de Lachas in which they make BOMBAS instrument original from this kind of music  and other objects of cultural identity to generate income for the community. We tour the artisanal center and hear from local artists who participate in the project. They explain the purpose and origins of the center, how they make their artwork, and how they get the artwork to the market.
